Leverage Capital Associates (“LevCap”) is a nationwide small business finance consulting group headquartered in beautiful, sunny South Florida since 2011. As a business consulting firm, we specialize in urban core economic growth and development areas. We focus on developing and supporting member companies that provide commercial real estate-related services and alternative investment funds. These funds include limited partnerships, peer funding, credit associates, and real estate services for both LevCap member companies and third parties.

Leverage Capital Consortium is the industry-agnostic arm of LevCap that aims to assist companies struggling with a burdensome capital structure and operational issues. As the economic downturn puts pressure on sales and gross margins, it has become increasingly difficult for companies to support existing debt and trade payables. Owners and investors benefit from recapitalization efforts that protect their personal assets by removing personal guarantees and collateral from outstanding loans.
The Consortium's equity partners specialize in providing capital to comprehensively right-size a company's liabilities and debt service, creating a clean balance sheet with adequate working capital to resume growth. These efforts enable a company to return to providing customers and stakeholders with the products and services they have come to expect.
